It is with great pleasure that the European Commission Trainees’ Committee (ECTA) extends to you an invitation to a cherished tradition and the grand culmination of this traineeship session: EUROBALL M25 – The Blue Book End-of-Session Gala.
Whether you are a trainee of the European Commission, the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union, or any other EU institution – or perhaps a distinguished guest of one of our fellow Europhiles, you are most welcome to join us for an unforgettable evening of celebration.

As the final pages of this chapter are turned, we pause to honour the journey we have shared so far. From tentative introductions to newfound friendships, this traineeship has been a whirlwind of growth, connection, and late-night reflections. Let us now gather, one last time, to celebrate what we have built together.

Since its inception, the Euroball has stood as a hallmark of the Blue Book experience—a night where elegance meets euphoria, and where memories are created through music, movement, and meaningful goodbyes. It is not merely a ball; it is a rite of passage, a final flourish to an extraordinary chapter. This year’s theme is “Wear Your Story: Wear Your Colour.”

We invite you to reflect upon your personal journey: what you have learned, overcome, embraced, and become. Then, let your colour speak for you. Whether you wear red for boldness, blue for calm, white for peace, black for depth, or any shade that resonates with your truth, let your presence express your path. We encourage you to choose one colour and go monochrome, but this is only a suggestion. If you feel like you embody many colours and can’t choose just one, please go for it. What matters most is that you show up feeling good in your skin. As Euroball tradition dictates, this is a formal gala. Dress not just to impress, but to honour your story.

• A private venue nestled by the forest, with two dance floors, a seated lounge, and an outdoor patio
• Two DJ stages, each offering its own rhythm and atmosphere, curated with care (different styles, genres)
• A free drink upon arrival (beer, wine, soft)
• Happy Hour, buy two drinks for the price of one
• A photobooth to capture the night, with unlimited photos
• Light finger food (we advise dining beforehand)
• Surprise games and prizes to be revealed in due course
• Free shuttle transport from the parking area to the venue and affordable Taxi Service (TBC soon)

Discounted T-Card tickets (€ 29.50) and general admission tickets (€39.50) are available from 20 June to 2 July 23:59, open to all Blue Book trainees, other EU institution trainees, and +1s. (4) Finally, Last Chance tickets will be on sale for €43.50 from 2 July to 11 July at 23:59.

A detailed practical guide will be sent to all attendees closer to the date, ensuring your evening unfolds with ease and elegance.
